Meet Eli
Founder
For as long as I can remember, sport, training, and “healthy” lifestyle were a part of my life. But for years, what no one saw behind that “athletic image” (as people would often say) was the cost: the self-criticism, the exhaustion, and a body that stopped speaking to me… until it started screaming.
And that scream? It was my hormones. That’s what pushed me onto this path — unlearning everything I thought I knew about health, learning to listen to my rhythm, and honouring my phases. Studying, getting to know myself, and learning to live in my body with curiosity… that’s what brought Elivate to life.
A space created to help other women reconnect with their bodies, their cycles, and their power. Training is just one part. The real shift comes in how we see ourselves, how we listen to ourselves, and how we care for ourselves along the way.
